Minson’s Story
Minson at 6.
From Fear to Empathy
As a child, I struggled with simply raising my hand in class—every moment felt like a challenge. Over time, I noticed that I wasn’t alone. Classmates with brilliant ideas stayed silent.
Friends froze, their confidence crushed before they could truly share their thoughts. This sparked a realization in me: it wasn’t a lack of ideas holding people back, but the fear of expressing them.
At 18, I took the first step toward changing this by joining Toastmasters. It wasn’t easy, but through practice and perseverance, I transformed shaky nerves into steady confidence. The more I learned, the more I wanted to help others find their voice.

Turning Passion Into Purpose
This passion led me to the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the nation’s #1 undergraduate entrepreneurship program. There, I sharpened my leadership skills and turned my vision into a mission.
Today, I’ve:
• Guided over 125 young professionals to speak with confidence
• Delivered 100+ speeches at organizations and events
• Spoken to audiences totaling more than 500 people, including professionals, students, and executives
For me, public speaking isn’t just another skill—it’s a key that unlocks opportunities, fosters connections, and drives personal and professional growth.
My mission is simple: help you speak fearlessly, share your ideas with conviction, and become the communicator you’re meant to be.
