Training Objective:
Identify your top 3 habits holding you back - whether it's rambling, hesitations, unclear structure, or lack of confidence.
In-Session Training:
Baseline Diagnostic (5-minute speaking task):
You’ll respond to a simple, real-world prompt with no prep. We’ll record and analyze your default patterns - filler words, run-ons, uptalk, freezing.
Pattern Recognition Replays:
We’ll listen back to the recording and, together, identify speaking habits you wouldn’t catch yourself
Exaggeration Contrast Drill:
You’ll intentionally speak with and without each habit (e.g., exaggerate rambling, then speak sharply). This contrast builds fast self-awareness.
Goal for This Week:
By the end of Week 1, you’ll be able to name your top 3 habits and spot them in real time.
Between-Session Assignment:
Record a 2-minute voice log every day. Respond to a new question and label it “clear / fuzzy.” Bring 2 for review next week.

Training Objective:
Reduce your filler word (e.g., ah, um, you know, like) usage by at least 50%. Train yourself to pause instead of panic.
In-Session Training:
Filler Blitz Drill:
You’ll answer rapid-fire questions with zero filler tolerance. I’ll call out each filler live and coach you to pause instead.
No-Connector Challenge:
Explain a simple topic (e.g., “How to use a calendar app”) without using weak connectors like “like,” “just,” or “you know.”
Clarity Anchor Drill:
You’ll describe a nearby object clearly and slowly, building control over your pacing and phrasing.
Goal for This Week:
Cut filler words by 50% and speak with slower, more intentional delivery in all 2-minute recordings.
Between-Session Assignment:
Track how many filler words you catch in yourself each day. Bring the week’s tally. Bonus: Record 3 daily voice logs with a 3-second pause before speaking.

Speak clearly under stress. Stay composed when interrupted, challenged, or asked tough questions.
In-Session Training:
Interrupt Me Drill:
While you speak, I’ll cut in with interruptions or confusion. You’ll practice recovering and restating your message with clarity and calm.
Hot Seat Simulation:
You’ll answer 3 tough work-related questions in 60 seconds or less. I’ll give feedback on emotional control, structure, and tone.
Redo for Impact:
You’ll immediately retry your response after feedback, locking in a stronger version.
Goal for This Week:
By the end of the session, you’ll stay composed through 3 simulated interruptions with no derailment and deliver 2 clean, confident responses to pressure prompts.
Between-Session Assignment:
Record one tough question response per day. You’ll get a custom list of 5 realistic prompts. Track how many takes it takes to get a clean 60-second answer.

I’ll give you 3 random prompts. You’ll choose a structure, take 60 seconds to think, then deliver it cleanly in 90 seconds or less. We’ll reduce the thinking time each round.
Mini Briefings (1 and 3 min):
Practice delivering fast, structured updates with a strong open and close.

Deliver 3 polished micro-stories with a clear setup, emotional tension, and takeaway in under 90 seconds.
In-Session Training:
Story Formula Workshop:
Learn and apply this format:
Setup: What’s the moment or tension?
Conflict: What went wrong or was hard?
Shift: What changed and why does it matter?
Cutdown Challenge (90 → 60 → 30 seconds):
You’ll tell one story and cut it down without losing clarity or emotion. This trains concise storytelling for time-limited meetings.
Own the Takeaway:
You’ll rework generic takeaways (“I learned to communicate”) into sharp insights tied to your values or growth.
Goal for This Week:
Deliver 3 personal or professional stories with clarity, stakes, and insight - each under 90 seconds.
Between-Session Assignment:
Prepare and record 3 stories. Use them in real conversations where you’d normally give a dull answer. Track reactions.

Project confidence and clarity in high-status rooms. Remove soft language. Deliver with weight and control.
In-Session Training:
Language Rewrite Drill:
Bring 3 real sentences you’ve used recently that felt soft or unsure. We’ll rewrite them with power and clarity.
Authority Delivery Drill:
Stand up and deliver a 2-minute update using a slower pace, grounded posture, and strong finish. I’ll give posture and tone feedback.
Exec Simulation:
You’ll simulate a 3-minute meeting update to impatient senior stakeholders. We’ll workshop how to hold ground and command attention.
Goal for This Week:
Speak with no hedges (“just,” “I think,” “maybe”) and project confidence across 2 different simulated executive updates.
Between-Session Assignment:
Record 3 versions of the same update - 1 casual, 1 high-authority, 1 standing with gestures. We’ll compare them next week.

Simulate and refine one real, high-stakes speaking moment (interview, panel, all-hands, presentation, etc.).
In-Session Training:
Full Rehearsal (5–10 min):
Deliver your actual moment (or one we define together) with full structure and polish.
Replay & Breakdown:
Watch key moments back. We’ll fine-tune phrasing, transitions, tone, and gesture.
Real-Time Obstacle Simulation:
You’ll get mid-talk distractions or challenges - awkward audience, time cuts, confusion - and practice staying composed.
Goal for This Week:
Rehearse and deliver a full 5–10 min moment with minimal notes and full structure. Pass 3 stress-test obstacles smoothly.
Between-Session Assignment:
Run one full recorded rehearsal each day. Try a new variable each time: faster pace, stricter time, no notes, standing, etc.

Finish strong. Cement your best habits and walk away with a system to keep growing without a trainer.
In-Session Training:
Final Performance:
Deliver your high-stakes moment at full polish. I’ll simulate real-world conditions and distractions. This is your final rep.

Now we raise the stakes. You’ll practice high-pressure scenarios like tough questions, quick thinking, and persuasive speaking. This is where you build agility and presence—so you can sound confident even when things don’t go as planned.
Session 4: Deliver and Apply
We bring everything together. You’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, refine your strengths, and identify real-world opportunities to use your voice—whether that’s a meeting, a presentation, or a conversation you’ve been putting off. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a voice you trust.
